Grow your own tasty blood oranges with this Citrus Tarocco tree. Its red, almost-seedless flesh is very juicy and fragrant, with a perfect balance between sweet and bitter. The tree has a few thorns and stays small, with fragrant flowering in spring. The smooth, orange-yellow skin is thin to medium thick, with a red blush over more than half of its surface. The blossom of the Citrus Tarocco tree spreads a delicious sweet smell. The creamy white flowers appear abundantly in the spring and the tree gives fruit every year. Furthermore, Citrus Tarocco is hardy to -7°C, so when it becomes cold it is recommended to place the Tarocco inside. This way, you will be able to enjoy the tree every year!

Care
Citrus Tarocco prefers a sunny location in the garden. It comes out best as a tub plant. Choose a large flower pot with holes in the bottom. Give the Citrus Tarocco tree plenty of water immediately after planting. Pruning the tree is not really necessary, however, long branches or crossing twigs can be cut back in February. Water regularly in the summer, rainwater is preferred. Make sure the soil stays moist, however, do not drown the root ball of the tree.

Upon delivery, the plant has a height of 90 to 110cm (measured pot included). The plant is delivered in a pot with a diameter of 19cm.
