How do you ensure that my plants arrive well?

How quickly will my plant be delivered?
We strive to send all plants ordered before 10 a.m. the next day. Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that it is busy or that your plant is delayed, then this will be postponed for a day, but we always try to send your plant as soon as possible.
Of course it can happen that your package is delayed by our carriers. Please check the track and trace code so that you can immediately see where your package is. Do you feel that this is not going well? Then you can always send us an email and we will look for your package.
According to my track and trace, my order has already been delivered, but I have not received it, what now?
Oh, that's too bad! Unfortunately, sometimes something goes wrong with the post, which is not surprising even when there are so many packages to process! To be sure, always ask your neighbors if the package has been delivered there. If not, you can send us an email and we will investigate it for you.
Can I choose a delivery time?
No unfortunately this is not possible. In the track and trace code you can see a time frame in which your package will probably be delivered.
Can I pass on delivery instructions?
Unfortunately we are unable to provide instructions. Do you want the package to be put in the shed when you are not at home? Then it is best to indicate this on the door. We cannot guarantee that the delivery person will follow these instructions, because if the package does get lost, the responsibility lies with the delivery person.
Can I also pick up my order?
Absolutely! You can choose the option to pick up at florastore for the shipping method. When we have your plant ready, you will receive a phone call or email and we will arrange a time.
