I have a question, how can I reach you?
It is best to e-mail your question to us as soon as possible via [email protected] Do you have a question about a product that does not meet your expectations? Then we ask you to send a photo and the order number by e-mail. This way we can help you the best and fastest. We will of course do everything we can to come up with a suitable solution and to make you completely satisfied again.
Can I come and pick my plant myself?
Unfortunately this is not possible. Our products are collected daily from our growers, so we have no stock ourselves. Together with our growers, we ensure that the most beautiful plants are selected for you!
When will my favorite plant be back in stock?
I understand, you have finally found your new favorite plant. But then.. Out of stock. ok what now? Many plants that we have are available all year round, due to crowds, it can sometimes happen that these plants are gone. We recommend that you keep an eye on the site to see if the product is back in stock. Unfortunately, we sometimes do not know when a plant will be back in stock. For products of which we do know when it will be back in stock, we have added this in the text.
My plant is not feeling well, what now?
