I have a complaint, how can I reach you?

Unfortunately, this can always happen. It is best to email us your complaint as soon as possible, [email protected] Do you have a complaint about a product that is broken or no longer alive? Then we ask you to send a photo via email. This way we can help you the best and fastest. We will of course do everything we can to come up with a suitable solution and to make you completely satisfied again.

Can I come and pick my plant myself?

Unfortunately this is not possible. Our products are collected daily from our growers, so we have no stock ourselves. Together with our growers, we ensure that the most beautiful plants are selected for you! However, it is possible to select a plant online and pick it up from us. Pick up plant

When will my favorite plant be back in stock?

I understand, you have finally found your new favorite plant. But then.. Out of stock. ok what now? Many plants we have are available all year round, due to crowds, it can sometimes happen that these plants are gone. We recommend that you keep an eye on the site to see if the product is back in stock. Unfortunately, we sometimes do not know when a plant will be back in stock. For products of which we do know when it will be back in stock, we have added this in the text.
