The hydrangea (S)witch® Ophelia enchants your garden. It changes colour in a fascinating way from June to September. The colour spectacle starts with light lime yellow, which after a while magically becomes pure white and then changes into old pink. The blossoms finally turn red, which is of great decorative value, also for flower arrangers. The blossoms can remain on the plant all winter and must be removed in the spring. Care
Hydrangeas do not like dryness and need a lot of water, especially in the summer. It is best to give the Hydrangea a lot of water at once instead of a little now and then. The plant can be planted from March to mid-October, either in the ground or in an ornamental pot, although it grows best in the open ground. When planting, keep a distance of 75 cm between the plants. Pruning the plant is best done in March, about 30 cm above the ground. The harder you cut back the Ophelia the larger the flowers will become.
