The Peperomia Raindrop is a very strong houseplant with fresh green, drop-shaped leaves, hence its nickname. The plant is very similar to the well-known pancake plant, but the leaves of the Peperomia Raindrop are larger and thicker. The Peperomia comes originally from South America. In Brazil, the country where it comes from, the Peperomia is a symbol of happiness and is often used “to buck someone up” that says 'It will be fine'. Furthermore, the plant has air-purifying qualities and is especially good at removing formaldehyde from the air. This harmful substance occurs in all households. According to research by NASA, a Peperomia can remove as much as 47% of the formaldehyde from the air!
Care
The Peperomia Raindrop is so popular because it is easy to care for and it helps to purify the air in your home. Even though the Peperomia Raindrop does not need much water, do not let it dry out completely. Water once a week in the summer. This can be reduced to once every two weeks during the winter months. Do not leave the plant in the water for too long. Furthermore, the Peperomia Raindrop prefers a spot with a little shade. Temperatures between 15 and 30 degrees Celsius are most ideal for the Peperomia Raindrop. Avoid direct sunlight.

The plants have a height of 20 to 30 cm on delivery (measured incl. Pot). The plants are supplied in pots with a diameter/diameter of 12 cm.
