Pitch and care
The Spathiphyllum likes a moderately light or shady location, and certainly not from direct sunlight. The ideal temperature is between 15 and 23 C °.
The pot ball must always be moist. Watering about once a week is usually sufficient. The plant may stand in a layer of water with its feet. For healthy Spathiphyllum it is recommended to add some nutrition to the irrigation water once a month.
Bloom
The Spathiphyllum blooms for about four to ten weeks and then needs a few weeks of rest to develop new flower buds. It is wise to cut away the old (green) flower stalk completely after flowering. The Spathiphyllum always develops new shoots, where after about twelve weeks, flowers come out. To promote flowering, it may be good to temporarily keep the plant slightly drier and to place it in a slightly colder place.

I ordered a number of plants which took about a week to arrive. The first thing that struck me was how well they were packaged, the plants are fastened securely with tape and elastic. Some smaller ones had come loose and were upside down in the box which led to some damage, but the 6 larger plants are all in perfect condition and excellent quality. Considering the delivery was €15 and I ordered 2 large boxes, I think it was excellent value. A stand out was the Philodendron royal queen, which is stunning. I’ll definitely be ordering from this site again.
