These indoor plants are exceptionally robust houseplants, requiring very little water - perfect if you don’t have much time or usually forget to water them! On top of all this, they look great as well. The mix contains the following plants:
Ctenanthe Burle-Marxii
Ctenanthe, native to tropical Brazil, is a member of the Marantaceae family and is related to the Calathea and prayer plant. These evergreen perennials are grown primarily for the beauty of their colourful leaves. The Ctenanthe Burle-Marxii is a smaller more compact plant that has silver grey elliptical leaves with green stripes.
Chamadorea Elegance
The Chamaedorea Elegans, also known as the Mexican dwarf palm, originates from the rainforest in southern Mexico and Guatemala. With a maximum of 50cm growth per year it is the ideal chamber palm. It has been a popular indoor palm for years because it is easy to maintain. It has elegant, green leaves that give the plant a true tropical look.
Clusia Rosea 'Princess'
The Clusia Rosea 'Princess' is becoming more popular every year. It is a strong plant with sturdy, large leaves that shine beautifully. The plants are naturally from tropical and subtropical areas. Their natural habitat extends from southern United States to South America, but the Clusia grows mainly in the Caribbean.
Sansevieria
The Sansevieria is one of the easiest houseplants to care for and is currently making a comeback in the living room. The plant has rhizomes, from which thick ascending sword-shaped leaves grow succulent properties. The plant is native to the arid regions of Southern Africa and Asia where he had to survive in the hot deserts and because of that it can easily survive indoors without lots of water. The Sansevieria is air-purifying and improves humidity!
