BACKGROUND INFORMATION

The Clerodendrum Prospero (Dutch name: Kansenboom) is discovered by the Danish Botanic Nathaniël Wallich in India. During his stay, around 1800, he classified a lot of plants that are named after him and he wrote several books about plants.

Nathaniël Wallich had an eye for beauty; look at the Clerodendrum Prospero. An entousiastic blooming plant with elegant hanging white flower bunch. The flower patterns on the Taj Mahal are nothing compared to this.

The mesmerizing sphere of India makes the Clerodendrum Prospero to an attractive houseplant. The clear-white flowers come to full advantage on the shiny, mystical green leafs.

The Clerodendrum Prospero can be bought from march till october.
