The Ctenanthe Amagris is an asset to any interior and brings any room to life with its beautifully colored leaves. The leaves have a special green-gray color with dark green thin veins. The underside of the leaves are a deep eggplant color, providing a beautiful contrast. The Ctenanthe Amagris closes its leaves when it gets dark in the evening to open them again in the morning. When it is completely quiet, you can even hear the plant gently rustling! The Ctenanthe Amagris is not only a beautiful addition to any room, it also purifies the air. The plant comes with a height of 20-30cm (measured including the pot).
Care
The Ctenanthe Amagris is a very easy plant to care for and perfect for beginners. The plant likes a bright spot, but beware of direct sunlight as this can burn the leaves. The Ctenanthe Amagris likes to be given small bits of water at a time to keep the potting soil constantly moist. In the summer it needs water once or twice a week, in the winter the potting soil is allowed to dry out a little further.
