The beautiful blossoms alone are reason enough to want fruit trees on your balcony or in your garden. A unique feature of these trees is that they begin to form fruit after only the first year. This means that you do not have to wait years for your fruit tree to finally start forming its fruit. The fruit trees are very hardy and can be planted year-round (unless the ground is frozen). This mix contains the following types of fruit trees: cherry, plum, pear and apple.
Prunus Avium 'Stella
The 'Stella' is a large, sweet, juicy cherry tree. It blooms in April-May with beautiful pale pink blossoms. The light red cherries can be harvested around July. Plant the tree in a sunny or semi-shaded location in well-drained, rich fertile soil. The cherry tree is self-pollinating.
Prunus Domestica 'Black Amber
'Black Amber' is a fruit tree that grows delicious plums. This is a space-saving tree for small gardens, patios and balconies of a rich quality that offers delicious and healthy fruit. The large fruits taste deliciously sweet. The plum tree is self-pollinating.
Pyrus Doyenne 'Du Comice
'Doyenné du Comice' is an old French pear variety that is best known in our regions after the Conference pear. Medium to large sized pears are grown from it, they are green to brownish red on the sun side, with very juicy, melting white flesh. These delicious pears can be harvested in late September - early October. The pear tree stays compact, which means it is an ideal fruit tree for small gardens, balconies and patios.
Malus domestica 'Braeburn'
The Braeburn is firm and can be stored for a long time. The apple tree remains compact, making it the ideal apple tree for small gardens, balconies and terraces.
Plant height
When delivered, the plants have a height of 60 to 70cm (measured incl. pot). The plants are delivered in pots with a diameter/diameter of 9cm.
