Product Information
Magnolias are beautiful plants with typically shaped flowers. These beautiful flowers grow in spring and create a wonderful spring atmosphere in your garden, balcony or patio. This mix contains the Magnolia 'Soulangeana', 'Susan' and 'Stellata'. The Magnolias are easy to care for and very hardy, so you can enjoy them every summer.

Magnolia 'soulangeana'
The soulangeana is a very popular ornamental shrub with beautiful flowers. The soulangeana blooms on its bare, dark brown branches in the month of April. Large, fragrant, tulip-shaped flowers appear with a lilac-pink color. The plant may flower for a second time in the summer months. The large, oblong, dark green leaves appear during or after flowering. The plant is very hardy. For abundant flowering, it is important that Magnolia 'soulangeana' be given a sunny location in a rich, acidic soil.

Magnolia 'Susan'
Blooms usually in April with dark pink, banana-shaped flowers. Some flowers open in a fan shape. Magnolia 'Susan' has oval leaves that become visible after flowering. The Susan can grow into a full-sized tree, but is easy to prune. The Susan is also very hardy and prefers a sunny location.

Magnolia 'stellata'
The Stellata is a deciduous, wide-growing shrub. It develops beautiful large, fragrant, tulip-like flowers of a pure white color in April. Firm, medium-sized green leaves appear after flowering, only to fall again in fall. The Magnolia stellata is completely hardy, but needs a sheltered location due to freezing of the flower buds. The flowers can also be covered in winter. Plant Magnolia stellata preferably in semi-shade.

Plant height
When delivered, the plants have a height of 25 to 40cm (measured incl. pot). The plants are delivered in pots with a diameter/diameter of 9cm.
