Bring spring into your home with this beautiful Acacia dealbata Mimosa! Starting as early as January, the Mimosa begins to bloom with beautiful bright yellow flowers that are also fragrant. Yellow pompom-like mimosa flowers grow on this evergreen plant with feathery foliage. Native to Australia, this fast-growing shrub is evergreen and lightly hardy. The plant can be kept outdoors, but it is recommended to bring it indoors during frosts. The Mimosa also does very well as a houseplant.
Care
The Mimosa prefers a sunny position with a little shade, so choose a sheltered position in full sun. Feed and water acacias regularly until they are fully mature. As they mature, acacias can develop good drought tolerance. Acacia dealbata naturally forms a single-stemmed tree, but can be pruned back at a young age to produce a multi-stemmed specimen.

The plants have a height of 25 to 40cm when delivered (measured incl. pot). The plants are delivered in pots with a diameter/diameter of 9cm.
