Product Information
These exotic palms are real eye-catchers in the garden or on the balcony! They require little maintenance, are hardy and very strong. The palm mix consists of three different palms:
- Chamaerops Humilis (European Dwarf Palm)
- Phoenix Canariensis (Canary date palm)
- Washingtonia Robusta (Mexican fan palm)

Chamaerops Humilis (European Dwarf date palm)
The Chamaerops Humilis is one of the most common palm species in northern Europe, and is also the only palm native to Europe. This palm tree is therefore also called the European fan palm. It tolerates decent frosts and strong winds when kept dry in winter. The Chamaerops Humilis makes several cuttings in addition to its own trunk, so that the palm eventually grows in width. Furthermore, the Chamaerops is hardy to -13°C.

Phoenix Canariensis (Canary date palm)
The Phoenix Canariensis is native to the Canary Islands. There are many different Phoenix species, of which the Canariensis is the best known and most common. Nowadays, the Phoenix can be found in any tropical climate. In Spain and Italy, these palms are often used as plantings along public roads. A Phoenix can grow 18 feet tall in a tropical climate with leaves 5 to 6 feet long. This palm is moderately hardy and can tolerate up to 5 degrees of frost.

Washingtonia Robusta (Mexican fan palm).
Washingtonia Robusta is native to the southern United States and Mexico. The Washingtonia is also known as the "Mexican fan palm. In California, it is also known as the 'petticoat palm' because the dead leaves stick around the trunk of the palm tree like a skirt. This palm is very suitable as a patio palm, garden palm or even as a house palm.

Plant height
The plants have a height of 50 to 70cm on delivery (measured incl. pot). The plants are delivered in pots with a diameter of 15cm.
