The Clematis has been one of the most popular garden plants for hundreds of years. Even the ancient Greeks and Romans were fans. Because the Clematis has been popular since ancient times, many hybrids are now available. The Clematis is also called the queen of climbing plants. It is easy to care for, has a long flowering period and comes in all kinds, colors and sizes. The Clematis Taiga is very beautiful because of its large, purple flowers that can reach 12cm in length.
Care
The Clematis Taiga is a real climber and prefers to grow against a fence or wall. Furthermore, the Clematis prefers a place in the sun, where it can grow 1.5 to 2 meters high. Prune the Clematis in March to 15 centimeters above the ground, this stimulates growth in the spring. An added benefit is that the plant is hardy to 15 degrees below zero. The plant can be placed either in the open ground or in a pot. Just make sure the plant gets enough water, especially in the hot summer months.

On delivery, the plants have a height of 25 to 40cm (measured incl. pot). The plants are delivered in pots with a diameter/diameter of 9cm.
