Actinidia Deliciosa 'Jenny' is self-pollinating, unlike many other species of kiwi. This means that you therefore do not need to plant a male and female kiwi plant to get fruit. It does take a few years for kiwis to start growing, which is after 3 to 4 years. But once the plant has started growing kiwis, lots of delicious fruits will follow in the following years. Besides the delicious kiwis, the Actinidia Deliciosa has beautiful white-pink flowers that brighten up the garden in May and June. To keep the kiwis as sweet as possible, it is important to keep them on the kiwi plant as long as possible. The kiwis can be harvested in October and November.
Care
The Actinidia Deliciosa prefers a sunny spot in the garden. It is best to prune the plant in December or January. This keeps the plant in shape and promotes fruit setting. The Actinidia Deliciosa is hardy, but is deciduous.

Upon delivery, the plants have a height of 20 to 40cm (measured incl. pot). The plants are delivered in pots with a diameter/diameter of 9cm.
