The Dracaena, also called the dragon blood tree, is one of the strongest and easiest houseplants to take care of.
The word Dracaena comes from the Greek word "drakaina," which means "female dragon. The plant got the name because some Dracaena species possess red sap such as the Dracaena Draco. This sap used to be considered dragon's blood.

Dracaena Charley is a graceful houseplant that requires little care. It is the perfect plant for people without green fingers. In fact, the plant can survive weeks without water or care.
You can best place the plant in a light spot (half sun) but a spot in the shade is also very suitable for this plant. It is also an air-purifying houseplant and removes all kinds of harmful substances from the air. You can spray this Dracaena, but this is not necessary, it can handle a bit drier air just fine. The plant is slightly toxic to pets.
