Originally from China, the Hibiscus came to Western Europe via India, Syria and Turkey. Along the way it made an impression everywhere, for example, Hibiscus motifs can even be found on the Taj Mahal. The Hibiscus flowers later than other flowering shrubs: it blooms from July until autumn. So when the other plants lose their colored flowers, the Hibiscus will provide color and atmosphere in the garden. This mix includes the following Hibiscus species: Oiseau Blue, Hamabo and Woodbridge.
Oiseau Bleu
The Hibiscus Oiseau Bleu blooms abundantly in August through September with beautiful light blue to purple-pink flowers. It is easy to care for and can grow in any good garden soil. It prefers a sunny spot, or partial shade. The plant can be pruned back sharply in early spring.
Hamabo
Hibiscus Hamabo grows from July to October with beautiful white-pink flowers, and a deep red center and pink spots. This plant prefers full sun, but also grows well in partial shade. The Hibiscus Hamabo does not require much care. The oldest branches can be removed after flowering.
Woodbridge
Hibiscus Woodbridge is naturally common in warm vacation countries. Despite coming from a warmer climate, they can also grow very well in the Dutch garden. It blooms from July to September with striking bright pink flowers guaranteed to steal the show in the fall garden.
Care
The Hibiscus is an easy to care for plant and thus very suitable for any gardener, with or without a green thumb. They do well in a sunny spot or semi-shade, in good permeable garden soil. The plants are hardy, so they can be enjoyed for years.

The plants have a delivery height of 25 to 40cm (measured incl. pot). The plants are delivered in pots with a diameter of 17cm.
